Lockport Township High School District 205 has announced changes to its schedule due to an expected winter storm on Wednesday, February 12, 2025. The National Weather Service predicts significant snowfall between 2 PM and 8 PM that day.
Superintendent Robert McBride communicated the decision to implement the Early Dismissal Bell Schedule on February 12 as a precautionary measure. He stated, "Our goal is to ensure the safe dismissal of our students and staff before the storm intensifies."
Students are instructed to adhere to their regular bus schedules despite the early dismissal. There will be no late start on that day.
Additionally, all after-school activities scheduled for Wednesday have been canceled. The Athletic Department will update any changes regarding athletic events and practices. The CWC will also remain closed on that day.
