The State of Illinois mandates an annual survey to collect parent feedback on school effectiveness. This year, a shorter version is available, taking less than 10 minutes compared to the traditional 5Essentials survey.

The new survey seeks input on experiences with the school, focusing on perceptions of safety and climate. Responses are confidential, and results will be shared with participants.

To include results in the Annual School Report Card, at least 20% parent participation is required. Without meeting this threshold, results will not be included. Parents are encouraged to complete the survey by Monday, March 24.

Students will also participate in a similar survey during Physical Education, Health, or Driver’s Education classes this week.

"Thank you for taking the time to provide your valuable feedback. Together, we help our students succeed!"
