The LTHS D205 Board of Education recently acknowledged a group of high-achieving students as the Class of 2025 Illinois State Scholars. On Monday, April 28, 2025, a total of 107 students received recognition for their academic accomplishments.
The designation of Illinois State Scholar is a prestigious honor awarded to high school seniors in the state of Illinois. The program recognizes students based on their outstanding academic performance, particularly their ACT or SAT scores and class rank during the second semester of their junior year.
