Disaster recovery center opens for July storm victims in Fairmont

Fairmont residents affected by the storms from July 13 to July 16 can now apply for disaster assistance in person. The Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) is open at 2455 Glenwood Ave, Joliet, IL 60435.

The center operates Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., and on Saturday from 8 a.m. to noon. It remains closed on Sundays. Appointments are not necessary for those seeking assistance.
