Ree Ree's Legacy of Compassion NFP is organizing its second annual Halloween Celebration on Friday, October 31. The event will take place from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., with check-in beginning at 3 p.m., at Haunted Trails located at 1423 N. Broadway St, Joliet, Illinois.
The celebration will feature special guests from all branches of the U.S. military, local police, school districts, mentors, and community leaders.
