Lockport considers prohibiting sale of psychoactive drug or its analog

The Lockport City Council is set to deliberate on an amendment to the city code aimed at prohibiting the sale of psychoactive drugs, including kratom and any products with a THC concentration greater than 0%. The proposed ordinance also targets novel synthetic drugs and chemical analogs of kratom or other novel psychoactive substances.
